How do I submit a sample?
Choose a test from the services catalogue, place your order, and follow the step-by-step Sample Submission Guidelines. You can submit tracking and sample details in your account dashboard.
What are your turnaround times?
Turnaround depends on the analysis and current laboratory workload. Indicative times are shown on each analysis page, and the turnaround for your specific order is confirmed once your sample is received and booked in.
Is my submission confidential?
Yes. Samples and orders are handled discreetly, and we collect only the information we need to complete the work. The public report verification page never exposes customer details, addresses, emails, payment data or order information.
How does report verification work?
Every completed report carries a unique report ID and verification key. Anyone holding those two values can confirm the report is genuine on our Report Verification page, without accessing any private information.
What if a report shows as Not Found or Revoked?
A report may show as Valid, Not Found, Revoked or Superseded. Not Found usually means the ID or key was entered incorrectly. Revoked and Superseded indicate that a report has been withdrawn or replaced by a later version. If you believe a report should verify and does not, please contact us.
What payment options are available?
Depending on availability we support manual payment options such as bank transfer, manual invoice and, where offered, manual cryptocurrency payment instructions. Payment details are confirmed during the ordering process. Where a cryptocurrency address is used, a fresh address is issued for each order — never reuse an address from a previous order.
Do you accept international submissions?
Yes. We support clients submitting from many jurisdictions. Clients are responsible for complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction, including any rules on sending samples.
Can you perform a custom test?
Often, yes. For analyses not listed in the catalogue, tell us about your sample and requirements through the custom analysis request form and we will respond with options and an indicative quote.
How much sample do you need?
Requirements vary by analysis and are listed on each category page — typically one full vial for peptides, around 2 ml for oils and solutions, or four tablets or capsules for solid dose forms.
What are the limitations of your reports?
A report describes the analysis of the specific sample submitted, using the methods stated. It does not constitute medical, dosing, sourcing, legal or consumption advice, and it does not imply that any substance is safe, approved, lawful or suitable for human use. No screen can rule out every possible substance.
