Submit a Sample
Ordering an analysis is straightforward. Follow the four steps below — detailed packaging and shipping guidance is set out in our Sample Submission Guidelines.
Four steps to submission

Choose your test
Select the analysis and any add-ons from the services catalogue. If nothing listed matches your sample, request a custom quote instead.

Create an account and order
Register and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation and a unique reference to include with your sample.

Prepare and send your sample
Follow the Sample Submission Guidelines to package, label and ship your sample correctly. Correct labelling is what allows us to match your sample to your order.

Submit tracking details
Add your shipment tracking number and sample details in your account dashboard so we can expect and book in the delivery.
Before you send
Check the quantity
Each analysis has a minimum sample requirement. Sending less may mean the analysis cannot be completed.
Include your reference
Write your order reference on the sample or the inner packaging, not only on the outer parcel.
Package securely
Liquids should be sealed and cushioned. Leaking or damaged samples may not be analysable.
Check your local law
You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction, including any rules on sending samples.
