Place your order

Submit your sample
Follow the step-by-step submission and shipping instructions. Submit your tracking information and sample details through your account.
Laboratory analysis
Once received, your sample is analysed using modern methods such as HPLC and LC-MS. Order status updates as the work progresses.
Receive your report
Your digital report is delivered by email and made available in your account dashboard.
Verify your report
Each report carries a unique report ID and verification key, so it can be independently verified at any time.
