The six stages of an order
Each stage is reflected in your account, so you always know where your sample is.

Select a test
Browse the catalogue and choose the analysis that matches your sample. Add optional extras such as raw data or an additional report copy where relevant.

Place your order
Create an account and complete your order. You will receive an order confirmation and a unique order reference to quote on your package.

Submit your sample
Follow the step-by-step submission and shipping instructions, then add your tracking information and sample details through your account.

Laboratory analysis
Once received, your sample is booked in and analysed using modern instrumental methods such as HPLC, LC-MS and GC-MS. Your order status updates as the work progresses.

Receive your report
Your digital report is delivered by email and made available to download from your account dashboard.

Verify your report
Each report carries a unique report ID and verification key, so it can be independently verified by anyone, at any time, without exposing your details.
Order statuses
Your order moves through clearly defined statuses, visible in your account dashboard at every point.
Order received
Your order has been placed and a reference issued.
Awaiting sample
We are waiting for your sample to arrive.
Sample received
Your sample has arrived and been booked in.
In analysis
Laboratory work is under way.
Report pending
Analysis is complete and the report is being prepared.
Report issued
Your report is available and has been sent to you.
Completed
The order is closed and archived.
On hold
Something needs your attention before we can proceed.
Orders may also be marked Cancelled where an order is withdrawn or cannot be completed.
