1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Puralytix website and our laboratory analysis services. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

Puralytix provides independent laboratory analysis and informational reports relating to submitted research samples. We do not sell anabolic compounds, peptides, SARMs, SERMs, medicines, injectables or any controlled substances.

3. No medical or other advice

Our reports are analytical and informational only. We do not provide medical, dosing, sourcing, legal or consumption advice. Nothing we provide implies that any substance is safe, approved, lawful or suitable for human use.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you, including those governing possession and shipment of any sample you submit. You confirm you are legally permitted to submit your sample for analysis.

5. Samples

Samples must be submitted in line with our Sample Submission Guidelines. We are not responsible for samples lost or damaged in transit, or for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Results

Results relate solely to the specific sample submitted. Analytical methods have inherent limitations and detection thresholds. We make no warranty beyond the careful application of our methods.

7. Payment

Prices are confirmed during ordering. Payment terms are set out at checkout and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puralytix is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services or reliance on our reports.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Puralytix is located at 71 Vazha-Pshavela Avenue, Block 2, Saburtalo District, 0186 Tbilisi, Georgia.
