Sample Submission Guidelines

Following these guidelines helps your sample arrive safely and be analysed without delay. Specific requirements for your analysis are confirmed at checkout.

1. Order first

Place your order before sending any sample, so your shipment can be matched to your order reference.

2. Quantity

3. Packaging

Seal liquids securely to prevent leaks, and protect tablets, capsules or powders from crushing and moisture. Label the sample clearly with your order reference only — do not include personal details on the sample itself.

4. Shipping

Use a tracked service where possible. You are responsible for ensuring your shipment complies with the laws and carrier rules that apply to you.

5. Tracking

Submit your tracking number and sample details via your account dashboard so we can anticipate arrival.
